1:1 Mental Health Support
We understand how overwhelming it can be to find the right mental health support. Our mental health coaches are here to guide you with a hope-centered approach — helping you efficiently navigate options and quickly connect you with licensed mental health professionals that fit your needs, schedule and budget. Our network of providers includes trusted local licensed clinicians and online providers through Anticipate Joy. Financial Assistance Offered
We believe financial barriers should never keep someone from receiving the mental health support they need. Whether you are looking to start therapy or continue your current treatment plan, the Engage and Heal Foundation proudly offers financial assistance to remove cost as a barrier. Student Engagement
The Engage and Heal Foundation’s mission and vision is rooted in engraining mental health literacy and building healthy habits among the youngest members of our community. We proudly partner with local schools to offer the following resources:
- The Engage and Heal Foundation Student Ambassador program allows high school students to gain real-world experience and become a mental health storyteller and leader for our community. Eligible students will also be nominated for the annual Student Ambassador scholarship. Learn more and apply today!
- Anxiety kits are developed for students to keep on-hand during periods of stress or emotional overwhelm. These kits have been used successfully during finals, within temporary Breathing Spaces for students taking a moment to reset, and in crisis situations where immediate support is needed.
- Breathing Spaces are designated sensory and emotional regulation rooms where students can step away from overwhelming situations to calm their minds and bodies. The goal is not to remove students from learning, but to equip them with tools to self-regulate and return to class ready to engage positively with peers, teachers, and coursework.

Support Groups
“Community is key to recovery – to have a group of people around you who see you as you are and understand you and can enter into your story with you is critical to recovery.” – Daniel Whitehead, CEO of Sanctuary Mental Health Ministries
Support Groups are a great way for participants to share their experiences and gain support from other attendees. Support Groups are designed to target specific topics. For example, some of the Support Groups that meet locally are GriefShare, Divorce Care, Al Anon, Overeaters Anonymous, Women’s Cancer Support, and Pregnancy and Infant Loss.
You are not alone. You don’t have to navigate challenges on your own. Contact us today to find the right Support Group for your needs.
