ERASING THE STIGMA OF MENTAL HEALTH ISSUES

Help us shatter the silence in Central Texas.

TALK ABOUT IT

TALK ABOUT IT

Our presence is the first step in the healing process.

Our mission is to erase the stigma about mental health and encourage conversations to shatter the silence.

Through our efforts, we strive to bring the topic of mental health into the open by educating our community and bringing awareness to the warning signs. We can help reach people who feel unheard and disconnected.

NEW Suicide and Crisis Lifeline

Available 24 hours in both English and Spanish

Similar to the well-known “911,” the common digits you dial for an emergency, a new three-digit emergency number now is available as a suicide and crisis lifeline: 988.

Simply dial these three digits:

9-8-8

A FUN WAY TO ENGAGE WITH US

Pledge today for Snaps for Mental Health

Supporters can pledge financial contributions based on the performance of the LTHS long snapper throughout the football season! You can make a one-time donation, or donations based on the number of successful snaps. Proceeds go to LTISD to fund Anticipate Joy therapy and the Ropes Course.

The Engage and Heal Foundation has partnered with Lake Travis High School’s Breathe Initiative and their ambassador Robby Belmarez for this season-long fundraiser.
