TALK ABOUT IT
Our presence is the first step in the healing process.
Our mission is to erase the stigma about mental health and encourage conversations to shatter the silence.
Through our efforts, we strive to bring the topic of mental health into the open by educating our community and bringing awareness to the warning signs. We can help reach people who feel unheard and disconnected.
NEW Suicide and Crisis Lifeline
Available 24 hours in both English and Spanish
Similar to the well-known “911,” the common digits you dial for an emergency, a new three-digit emergency number now is available as a suicide and crisis lifeline: 988.
We aim to make a difference by:
Providing easy and intuitive access to an excellent collection of mental-health resources and best practices
Caring for and educating our first responders and their families, including teachers, parents, seniors, and veterans
Creating community connections and hosting conversations at libraries, churches, and community groups
Explore our resources

- Suicide prevention
- Support for family members, partners, parents, teachers, co-workers and others
